The 50th Annual Gideon Homecoming
Sept 3 - Sept 5. Hosted by the Class of 1976
Thursday, Sept 3rd - Starting at 6pm in the cafeteria: 60th Annual Gideon Junior King and Queen, 6th Annual Petite Miss Gideon, and Tween Miss Gideon
Friday Night. Sept 4th
6 pm in the cafeteria - 6th Annual Junior Miss Gideon and 80th Annual Miss Gideon Contest. All former queens are encouraged to attend so that they can be recognized between the pageants.
All pageants are sponsored by the GFWC-Woman's Club of Gideon.
5th Annual Corn Hole Tournament - Sponsored by Gideon Fire Department located in the fire station. The tournament will start after the pageant.
Food and drinks will be available. All proceeds go to the Gideon Fire Department.
Saturday Sept 5.
Pancake Breakfast
7:00am - 9:00am at the Community Center -
Price: $7.00 - Proceeds will go to the Gideon First Responders.
"Alumni Reception" hosted by the Class of '76,
Held in the Old Gym from 10am - 12pm.
Enjoy free refreshments while visiting with friends. While there be sure to walk down memory lane with exhibits from Mrs. Bernice Landers that began 50 years ago!
Activities on the Main Grounds
Music, Games, Crafts & Food Booths on the grounds from 10am - 3 pm.

KIDS PARADE IS BACK at 10:00am ! Kids and chaperones will line up at the fire station at 9:45. Theme: Happy 250th Anniversary USA - decorate in Red, White, and Blue
Opening of the Time Capsule 12:00 by Priscilla Zahnar
Parade Starts at 2pm! Judging of floats at 1:45pm.

Alumni Dinner Saturday Aug 30th. - 6pm - School Cafeteria
Tickets: $22 per person plus $5 Alumni dues for a total: $27
To have an accurate count for the dinner cater all tickets MUST be ordered and PAID ON or BEFORE AUGUST 15th.
NO TICKETS WILL BE SOLD ON THE GROUNDS ON SATURDAY.
RESERVED TICKETS CAN BE PICKED UP AT THE ALUMNI TENT ON THE GROUNDS
A great evening is planned with delicious BBQ and entertainment provided by the Class of 1976. It will be a visual step back in time evening you won't want to miss!
Many prizes will be given away during the evening.

GHS students organization members will be there to assist in serving at the dinner and helping guest.
